Do not try to hard when using penis extenders. They are good when trying to improve the thickness and length of your penis. But, you might hurt yourself if you are trying to gain to much to fast. Find a system that works for you and you do just fine in achieving the length and thickness you want.

3.Lotions and pills for the male penis enlargement.

You must include products such as lotions and pills in a male enlargement system or program in order for them to have an effect on your penis size. By themselves they just won’t work.
